We offer Tenant, Coworking and Virtual Office memberships. Suite licences are charged per week.
Saltire Spaces Ltd is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Pay by Direct Debit (GoCardless), card (Stripe) or standing order, weekly (due Monday for that week) or monthly (due on the 1st for that month). Late payment: [ADD TERMS].
A deposit of [AMOUNT] is taken from suite tenants. No deposit is taken from Virtual Office clients.
We verify the identity of all members. Virtual Mail clients must pass anti-money laundering checks, and we keep records. We may refuse or end a service if checks are not passed. [HMRC AML REGISTRATION NUMBER, ADD ONCE REGISTERED.]
We accept letters and documents up to A3. We do not accept parcels and take no responsibility for parcels that are delivered and go missing. Forwarding is charged at postage and packaging cost plus 10%, plus £2.50 per item. Registered office is available to limited companies for £5 a month. Licence fees include heating and electricity, with no service charge. Business rates (Non-Domestic Rates) are the tenant’s responsibility. You maintain the inside of your suite, except lighting, which we maintain unless you have changed the lights. You pay for damage you cause. Tenants clean toilets, corridors and stairs on a rota, and are responsible for PAT testing their own appliances. We may need access to meters or the boiler inside some suites. Access is by key, and tenants open and secure the centre each day.

These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
