No. Saltire Spaces Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Heating and electricity are included and there is no service charge. Business rates are the tenant’s responsibility. You pay only for damage you cause, not a share of building or structural repairs.
By Direct Debit, card or standing order. You can be billed weekly (due on Monday for that week) or monthly (due on the 1st of the month).
A deposit is taken from suite tenants. There is no deposit for Virtual Office clients.
Access is by key. The centre is not staffed, and tenants open and secure the centre each day.
We verify the identity of all members. Virtual Mail clients must also pass anti-money laundering checks, and we keep a record of them.
Letters and documents up to A3 in size. We cannot accept parcels, and we take no responsibility for parcels that are delivered and go missing.
Yes. Limited companies can add a registered office to their Virtual Mail for £5 a month.
No. Under Google’s guidelines, a virtual office address is not eligible for a Google Business Profile listing.
These services are available to UK residents only.
Yes. You can keep your own number and forward your calls, or we can set you up with a virtual landline and mobile so your personal numbers stay private.
Yes. The AI Receptionist records and transcribes calls so you can review them, and sends you instant alerts.
