What is included
- Heating and electricity included in your licence
- No service charge
- Business rates are the tenant's responsibility
- You pay only for damage you cause, not a share of building repairs
- Lighting looked after by us
How it works
- Licences are charged per week
- Pay weekly (due Monday for that week) or monthly (due on the 1st)
- Pay by Direct Debit, card or standing order
- A deposit is taken for suites
- ID checks for every member
Good to know
- You look after the inside of your own suite
- Tenants share cleaning of toilets, corridors and stairs on a rota
- Electrical appliances in your suite need PAT testing, which is your responsibility
- We may need access to meters or the boiler located inside some suites
- Building access is by key, and tenants open and secure the centre each day
